Kai is a one-of-a-kind boat. Her name comes from the Hawaiian word meaning "blue ocean." Custom built in Florida by Wellington yachts in the early 80s, Kai was built with no expense spared. Her hull was custom-made by hand with many layers of fiberglass. Below deck, she is made from some of the finest hardwoods, mastered perfectly by skilled carpenters. Her timelessly classic, yet modern looks are complemented by years of proven service, countless stories, and unconditional love by her previous owners.
Built to roam the seas in high-end luxury, this 72 foot yacht is sure to give you the "wow" factor as you go below. The salon is 18 feet wide, detailed with beautiful woodwork. In the salon, you'll find two comfortable seating areas, a custom dining table, and a 28" flat screen TV. The space is bigger than most in her class, even by today's standards.
Below deck there are four cabins and three heads (bathrooms), all with showers. Three of the cabins are forward from the salon, and there's a private captain's quarters in the aft. Kai's hull is made of AIRX foam and thick fiberglass for strength and insulation. You will find if you go below for a nap, that she is smooth and quiet.
Kai has a sleek design that allows her to slip into shallow waters of six feet. On anchor, this gives those aboard the chance to find prime spots for photos, swimming, and beach access. You won't find a better or safer yacht for your voyages with family and friends. We look forward to giving you the vacation you've been dreaming of on our vessel Kai!

Kai's main salon is made of rich mahogany and solid white oak. There are two lounging areas on both port and starboard sides of the salon. The main dining table can be moved from side to side for easy access in and around the table. You will find a 22" flat screen television, CD player, satellite radio and a bluetooth-compatible stereo player in the main cabin. A mini fridge and an ice machine are easy to access for mixing drinks. When sitting in the salon there are four ports (windows) in the hull at eye level, which allow you to always see outside. At eye level, there is a great 360-degree view with eight more side ports and two hatches to allow air flow in the cabin top. This makes the space cheery and bright during all times of the day. For bad weather days, or uncomfortable weather, we have central heat and air conditioning for your convenience.

Green Turtle Cabin
This cabin was named after an industrious little island in the Northern Abaco of the Bahamas. Green Turtle, to this day, is still one of the best hidden secrets of the Northern Bahamas and is home to some of the best people you will ever meet. The Green Turtle Cabin has centralized AC and heat, a private vanity and sink, loads of storage and a hatch above the bed. This is the most forward cabin on the boat. With a comfortable queen bed, a couch, and plenty of room for two to move about, the room proves to be very comfortable. There are two port lights in the hull on either side of the bed and one just above the bed for reading. This cabin will share its full bathroom with guests in the Cuttyhunk Cabin.
